WatchDog Premium support includes either Partner Premium Support or End User Premium Support, the details of which are outlined below. Premium support offerings include the following:
- “24x7” / 365 day phone support (Ruckus Hotline Number)
- Chat, Phone, Web, Forum support
- Software updates and upgrades
- Controller Advance Replacement - overnight priority delivery for replacements that are shipped within one business day. Advance Replacement for Access Points (indoor and outdoor) are also available as a separate contract. For installations with 10 or more APs of the same type, self-sparing may be a desirable option.
